Content and Bath Community - Adventure Hike                

Thursday and  Saturday    Departs 8 am

This half day hike (around 7 miles) is for the more adventurous who want to get to the top of the mountain – some 2,100 feet above Bluefields Bay. The route climbs at a relaxed pace on mountain paths and provides stunning views of the south coast.   

We will have an opportunity to meet people in the communities as they go about their daily work on their hill farms.  growing, yam, cassava, pimento. We will taste some of the local fruits; sweetsops, sour sops, mango depending on the season.

With turkey vultures soaring below,  you will feel the exhilaration of achievement as you reach the small hill and farming community at Bath.
